Supplier Diversity is the intentional inclusion of businesses owned by an individual or group that is a member of a traditionally underrepresented or underutilized community.
As part of Amazon’s Supplier Diversity and Inclusion (SDI) spend, the following types of UK-based, diverse suppliers (i.e. Certified Diverse-Owned Businesses (CDOBs) are recognized as part of our initiative: women, person(s) living with disability(ies), and /or ethnic minorities, which includes: Asian/Asian British, Black/African/Caribbean/Black British, Mixed/Multiple Ethnic and other Non-white Ethnic Group owned companies.
To participate in Amazon’s supplier diversity program, the business:
(1) must upload a Diversity Certificate showing confirmation of certification as a diverse supplier by one of the Amazon-recognised certifying organizations listed below; and
(2) shall only be permitted to supply products and services to UK-based Amazon customers.
